Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Depth, operated by Bluefields Trading Limited, trading as Bluefields Digital (“Bluefields Digital”, “we”, “us”). By using Depth, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Depth.
The platform
Depth is the campaign platform. Any commercial engagement, including a placement, is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Bluefields where one is signed. Nothing on Depth is a binding offer until it is confirmed, and the figures shown are illustrative unless confirmed in that agreement.
Permitted use
You may use Depth for lawful business purposes. You agree not to misuse it, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it to transmit unlawful or harmful material.
Intellectual property
Depth and its content (text, design, logos, and marks) are owned by Bluefields or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and logos shown, including those of publishers and advertisers, belong to their respective owners and are used with permission or for identification only. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute that content without our prior written consent.
No warranties
Depth is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties about its accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Information may be updated or removed at any time without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Bluefields is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use Depth. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Third-party links
Depth may link to third-party websites, including publishers in the network. We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices. Links are provided for convenience only.
Privacy
Our use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Depth after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you.
